MBSR - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme
This is an evidence based 8-week mindfulness programme created by the pioneer of bringing mindfulness to the western world Jon Kabat-Zinn.
This course can be beneficial for those who suffer from chronic pain, feelings of worry, anxiety, burnout and those who wish to find healthier ways to approach and manage feelings of stress whether that be in their work place or in their personal lives.
It is suitable for total beginners or those who wish to deepen their mindfulness practice.
The course includes longer meditations, short coping strategies, learning around the physiology of stress and group dialogue so we are able to improve how we manage stress in our daily lives and learn how to respond and become less reactive in challenging situations.
Each Session is 2 hours long and you will be given meditation recordings in between session for you to practice at home.
You will also be invited to attend an optional half day retreat.
